Nicole Poirier, DC, CACCP
Dr. Poirier was accepted to and attended Palmer College Of Chiropractic, where she underwent the rigorous curriculum of the Fountain Head of Chiropractic Colleges. Dr. Poirier was active in school clubs and furthered her education in her spare time. She graduated in 1995 and joined the staff of Gennero Chiropractic Health Center of Highland, Michigan, where she gained a wealth of experience in Family Chiropractic Care. In November of 1996, she purchased her own practice in Shelby Twp, Michigan, which has grown by leaps and bounds as word of our results gets out. Dr. Poirier is a member of the ICA, MCC, and the Macomb County Chamber of Commerce. She has a great passion for helping people lead stronger healthier lives that extends beyond her practice in to many local charities including the children's charity for the abused , The Care House, The Macomb County Community Services Agency which helps to support local groups from the very young to it's senior help programs, Gleaners a local food bank, and Kids Day America which helps kids to get knowledge of a healthier environment and safety, and proceeds go to further research on how chiropractic helps children. Dr. Poirier became a chiropractor after it had touched her own life. As a child she had taken a fall from a bike that left her with a severe case of whiplash and soon after she became ill. Dr. Tony Purdy of Warren introduce her and her family to Chiropractic. She understands first hand how important a healthy nervous system is to a healthy life.
